Window Dressings Contribution Promotion summary
GDL Group is offering eligible purchasers a contribution of up to NZD $15,000 (incl. GST) towards approved window dressings for qualifying purchases made during September 2026.
Promotion Period
- Valid from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026.
- All agreements must be signed during the Promotion Period unless otherwise approved by GDL.
General
- The Promotion cannot generally be combined with other offers unless approved by GDL.
- GDL reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
- All decisions made by GDL regarding eligibility and interpretation are final.
Eligibility
To qualify, purchasers must:
- Sign a qualifying Sale & Purchase Agreement with GDL during the Promotion Period, and
- Enter into an unconditional Build Agreement with an approved GDL builder within 2 calendar months from the end of the Promotion Period;
- Intend to occupy the home as their primary residence; and
- Comply with all contractual obligations and development requirements.
Exclusions
The Promotion is not available to:
- Any Agreements signed with GDL prior to 1 September 2026;
- Wholesale purchasers, land bankers, developers, or speculative purchasers;
- Any agreements signed between the Builder and the End Purchaser on sections purchased prior to the promotion period.
- Related parties or affiliates of GDL unless approved in writing; or
- Purchasers attempting to cancel and re-sign contracts to obtain eligibility.
Contribution Details
The contribution:
- Is capped at $15,000 incl. GST;
- Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash;
- Applies only to window dressings works and associated installation costs from TOTAL LOOK BLINDS.
Excluded Items
The Promotion does not cover:
- Windows, window frames or structural alterations;
- Painting or gib stopping;
- External shutters;
- Furniture or non-window-related items; or
- Cash reimbursements.
Payment Process
GDL may:
- Pay suppliers or builders directly;
- Reimburse approved invoices;
- Credit settlement statements; or
- Arrange works through nominated suppliers.
Any costs exceeding the contribution amount remain the purchaser’s responsibility.
Conditions
- Settlement must occur on time.
- Construction must commence within covenant timeframes.
- Only approved builders may be used.
- GDL may revoke eligibility for default, misleading conduct, or non-compliance.
