The lifestyle
Created with livability in mind
Paerata Rise is an inclusive community, catering to the lifestyles of a diverse range of residents. Our growing township has been carefully planned to meet the expectations of 21st-century living, with each uniquely designed home situated in close proximity to our shared community spaces.
Our vision is to create a community with the look and feel of an established country village, offering all the modern benefits of our local urban environment.
Space to enjoy
Paerata Rise will retain the rural charm of Franklin’s rolling hills and magnificent views through careful urban planning, making the most of this area’s natural beauty. With 300ha of land being developed, 5ha of community space will be devoted to green space inclusive of purpose built walkways and cycleways. An all-abilities playground is now open next to our local cafe, Rise ‘n Shine, and a variety of events are held annually within our community.

Services & Amenities
Paerata Rise will be home to a lively and vibrant mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities – all at the community’s finger tips. With increasing urban growth in the area, a railway station and commuter hub is confirmed to increase transport choice. Our township is connected with ultra-fast broadband and new technologies, with more innovation planned as this becomes available.
When it comes to education, both primary schools and secondary schools are confirmed for our township. Pukekohe town centre is five minutes drive from Paerata Rise and contains boutique shopping, cafes, an art gallery, medical services, cinema, a library and transport links to central Auckland.
