During the month of May 2026, eligible purchasers will receive a $15,000 contribution toward their new build soft landscaping.
This offer applies to:
- Purchases made directly from the Paerata Rise developer, or
- House and land packages secured through an approved Paerata Rise builder
Terms & Conditions
- Offer is limited to one build per purchaser
- Applicable to end purchasers only (not available for investor or speculative builds)
- The section must be purchased between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 (inclusive)
- The home must be constructed by an approved Paerata Rise builder
- The $15,000 contribution is to be used solely for soft landscaping through the build partner's nominated supplier and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- Any additional costs above the $15,000 contribution will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- Standard terms of sale and building contracts apply
- The developer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice
