First residents looking forward to being neighbours

Paerata Rise began to welcome its first residents in March 2019 – the first of thousands, that will be part of the Paerata community. Lerize du Toit one of the residents in Paerata Rise said she and her husband were proud to be part of the first Paerata community.

“It is incredibly special to be one of the first residents to move into a new neighbourhood. It is exciting to see all the new houses being constructed and we are really looking forward to welcoming all the new residents to Paerata Rise.” says Lerize

The new residents can expect to start seeing the stage two houses pop up as the earthworks for all 58 sections in this stage are now complete.

Chris Johnston, Executive Director of Paerata Rise, says, “It was a fantastic milestone to see the first residents move in. We were looking forward to welcoming people for so long, and to see it finally happen, it feels really good”.

Stages three and four are currently undergoing earthworks and will be ready for purchase in mid 2020.
