Paerata Rise’s homes are the handiwork of a collaboration with 14 selected build partners.  

These include Latitude Homes, Signature Homes, Precision Homes, Platinum Homes, Nick Bosanac Builders, Navigation Homes, Marc Price Builders, Landmark Homes, Kanda Homes, Jennian, Frame Homes, Emandee Homes, Capital Homes and GJ Gardner. 

Over half of these build partner companies are family and/or locally owned and operated. This means they imbue the homes they build with these family values, ensuring that the Paerata Rise houses truly feel like homes from the moment you step inside. 

Executive Director of Paerata Rise, Chris Johnston, says there is something special about having families build homes for other families. 

“It brings a new meaning to the word community in Paerata Rise. Locals are not just living next door to each other; they are building homes for others,” says Johnston of the prevalent theme of paying-it-forward at Paerata Rise. 

“It makes the village authentic, and we want to share that with everyone who visits.”
