Nine brand new showhomes to open 2021

Paerata Rise is proud to announce the development of new showhomes set to open to the public in February.

Eight of the showhomes will be based on Winstone House Road, with one on the corner of Jonah Lomu Drive and Wesleyan Street. Six showhomes will remain on Jonah Lomu Drive, bringing a grand total of showhomes to 14. 

Chris Johnston, Executive Director of Paerata Rise, notes there will be upgraded features within these showhomes – many of which will reflecting the current trend of working remotely.

“The new showhomes will have the latest and greatest in in-home technology. A number of our original showhomes caught the eye of buyers and have since sold, so we have an opportunity to showcase innovation in both tech and design,” says Johnston.

“Alongside our build partners, we want to ensure these homes are usable for all Kiwis.”

Construction has already commenced for the majority of these showhomes.
