Experience our newest Show Home Precinct, officially open and featuring a variety of designs by our award winning Build Partners.

From the main roundabout, follow the signs and turn left onto Te Rata Boulevard, where our show home precinct is located. Stage 7 proudly boasts 11 of our 15 Build Partner show homes, all uniquely designed with quality finishes and modern conveniences. From plunge pools, to smart living, al fresco dining spaces, cosy fireplaces, dreamy colour palettes and texture galore – you won’t find another range of show homes like it!

As you walk up and down our precinct (yes these show homes are side by side), you won’t be short on inspiration. And while you’re here, discover what makes our community so special.
