Paerata Rise sites in demand more than ever

House and land packages have been in hot demand since the first COVID-19 lock down.

Stage 2B titles are available and are selling fast. Located on the northern side of the Rise ‘n Shine café, each has an average section size of 495sqm. There are 13 sections with our builders to choose from, and construction start dates on the homes are just around the corner.

The titles for the next stage of Paerata Rise, Stage 2C, will be available from mid-September with construction commencing mid-October. Stage 2C will see 48 titles available, these sections will average at 390sqm and will be located just behind the Rise n’ Shine café. Pre-sales for these sections are already selling.

Chris Johnston, Executive Director of Paerata Rise, welcomes the next stages of development progress, with stage 5A launching late in September.
