Terrace housing meets market needs in Paerata Rise

New land packages are being snapped up quickly by build partners Jennian Homes Franklin and Landmark Homes who are excited to bring terrace housing to Paerata Rise.

Chris Johnston, Executive Director of Paerata Rise, is intrigued by the future of terrace housing and is hopeful different development needs can be met across the board.
